Colony chrome acorn nuts in USA sizes are the finishing touch that gives every exposed fastener position on a Harley-Davidson a polished, domed appearance. Acorn nuts cap the threaded stud or bolt end with a closed, rounded head — eliminating the sharp thread exposure of a standard hex nut while adding a chrome accent that reads cleanly against engine covers, frame mounts and control hardware. Colony manufacture their acorn nuts to USA thread specifications that match Harley-Davidson's factory hardware across the full model range, from classic Big Twin and Sportster through to current Softail and Touring platforms. Their chrome plating process produces a finish that resists the heat cycles and vibration of hard riding without dulling or flaking, making them as durable as they are good-looking. Using consistent Colony hardware across all visible fastener positions gives a Harley-Davidson the cohesive, well-assembled appearance that distinguishes a quality build from a rushed one. Iron City Motorcycles, Leeds' authorised Harley-Davidson dealer, carries Colony chrome acorn nuts alongside their full chrome fastener range. Browse the full Colony Nuts Acorn Chrome range below.
